The Ebenezer Branch tract (#03019-03314) is a ±80-acre tract of timberland located in northeastern Columbia County, just east of Magnolia, AR (North 33.324320°, West 93.033468°) The property can be accessed via unimproved woods road running about 350 feet to the northeast corner of the property stemming from the south/west side of Columbia Road #441. According the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the property is predominantly made up of Guyton silt loam and various sandy loams that give the property a weighted average site index rating for Loblolly Pine of 84.64 feet (base age 50). The property currently contains a mature stand of natural pine and hardwood with a creek drain running through the center of the tract. With a diversity of timber types and topographic feature, this property presents some magnificent hunting opportunities as well as the potential for generating revenue from the harvestable timber.
